We are a flour mill with grain elevator specializing in the processing of rye and spelt grains. We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Production Associate to operate grain elevator and milling equipment and support daily mill operations. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety.
Schedule:
This position primarily consists of evening and night shifts. Standard 8-hour shifts run on the following schedule and do not rotate (you may be asked to cover shifts sometimes):
- 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Night
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Day
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Evening
Responsibilities:
- Operate the flour mill, including starting and stopping the milling process
- Monitor daily production, perform quality checks, and maintain food safety standards
- Package finished flour products
- Complete production logs and food safety records
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment
- Move pallets and assist with shipping/receiving using a forklift
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance
- Work independently during assigned shifts
Requirements
- Comfortable working overnight and evening shifts
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lb bags of flour
- Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)
- Ability to work alone and stay focused with minimal supervision
- Willing to work afternoons, and nights as needed
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime

Full training is provided.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
