Key Responsibilities
Evaluate & Optimize: Assess our current team's strengths, refine our sales playbooks, and implement structured tracking systems to maximize daily conversions.
Recruit & Expand: Aggressively grow the existing team by owning the talent pipeline, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding resilient new field reps.
Train & Mentor: Provide continuous hands-on field coaching, advanced objection-handling workshops, and daily motivation for both veteran reps and new hires.
Drive Performance: Lead by example in the field, map out new territories strategically, and manage team KPIs to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Requirements
4–5 years of successful sales experience, with a strong background in direct sales, field sales, or door-to-door environments.
Proven track record of managing, training, and expanding an existing sales team.
Expertise in sales psychology, field territory management, and maintaining high team morale.
High resilience, strong competitive drive, and exceptional leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
