We’re a fun small Italian American restaurant in the heart of Roncesvalles that takes pride in serving great food and Service. Our kitchen runs on teamwork, respect, and consistency.We’re looking for a line cook who shares those values, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow with a close-knit team.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently and accurately• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station• Assist with prep, receiving, and storage as needed• Follow food safety and sanitation standards• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service• Support a positive and respectful kitchen culture
Who We’re looking for:
- Have at least 1 year of line or prep cook experience (or strong passion and willingness to learn)• Reliable, punctual, and a team player• Can handle busy service periods calmly and efficiently• Take pride in presentation and quality• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
