Job Summary
We are seeking Front Counter Attendants to join our Jugo Juice team located in the Eastlink Centre. We’re passionate about providing guests with great food and drinks and an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in food quality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and helps maintain strong standards for cleanliness and food safety.
We are looking to fill multiple positions, including one full-time morning position with ASAP start dates.
Duties
- Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment
- Deliver a high level of hospitality by engaging with guests
- Prepare food and beverage items to standard by following recipes and procedures
- Anticipate and respond to order flow to ensure timely completion of all items
- Learn the menu and communicate confidently with guests when needed
- Complete station set-up and closing procedures accurately
- Maintain food quality, portioning, and productivity at all times
- Follow safe food handling practices and uphold food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards at your station
- Follow all operational policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a related business is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a busy environment
