Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development / Sales Representative to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is perfect for someone looking to supplement their income with flexible, part-time work. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional, a stay-at-home parent, or someone with a passion for real estate, this position offers the chance to earn extra income on your own schedule. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, with a focus on high performing realtors and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, particularly busy realtors and agencies, to introduce them to our services.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the value of our photography and media packages.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with new clients to ensure they continue to use our services.
- Open House Visits: Attend open houses on weekends to network with potential clients and showcase our offerings.
- Flexible Hours: Work during weekdays and be available for open house visits on weekends.
Compensation:
- 30% Commission: Earn 30% commission on the first job secured with a new client.
- 10% Recurring Commission: Receive 10% commission on all recurring jobs booked by the client within the first three months.
- Minimum Revenue Threshold Bonus: Earn an additional $500 bonus if the client generates $10,000 in revenue within the first three months.
- Retainer / Draw Against Commission: $500 per month that will be deducted from earned commissions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. We are looking for someone who is already trained in sales, with a proven record of success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Driver’s License and Access to a Car: Required for traveling to client meetings and open houses.
- Willingness to attend open houses and client meetings during weekends between the hours of 1pm-4pm.
