Our Team
At Liberty St Diner, teamwork comes first.
We believe that a great restaurant depends on everyone working together and supporting one another. Servers are expected to help wherever needed—not only with their own tables, but with the overall operation of the diner.
This means helping teammates, communicating with the kitchen and front-of-house staff, assisting with cleaning and restocking, and stepping in when another team member needs support.
No task is beneath anyone. We all work together to keep the diner running smoothly, clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests.
Our Standards
We take great pride in the cleanliness of our diner. Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility, and servers are expected to actively contribute to keeping the entire restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming throughout their shift.
