We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our project sites, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate is physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up tools, and organizing supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Transport materials within the work site using appropriate tools or vehicles
- Help with assembly, disassembly, and site cleanup after project completion
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to team success
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Hand tools: 1 year (preferred)
- Power tools: 1 year (preferred)
