Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of Apartment Buildings to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage maintenance teams, and coordinate projects that support our production goals. Duties
- Lead the maintenance team for New Apartment Buildings.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance program
- Manage projects related to New Apartment Buildings
- Oversee Basic electrical/Mechancial/Hvac systems maintenance, including low voltage systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting of programmable
- Coordinate with production departments to plan maintenance schedules that minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Conduct inspections of machinery and facilities to identify potential issues proactively and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment performance metrics
Experience
- Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments with a strong supervisory background
- Extensive project management experience overseeing multiple maintenance projects simultaneously
- Solid mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery, HVAC systems, electrical systems (including low voltage), and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience is Must with.
- Strong communication skills in English for effective reporting, documentation, and team coordination
