Key Responsibilities
Residential:
- Manage tenant communications and address inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs
- Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained
- Assist with leasing, move-ins, and move-outs
- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Help ensure compliance with property policies and local regulations
- Maintain organized documentation and administrative systems
Commercial:
- Leasing & Tenant Relations - all leasing activities and negotiations with ownership approval, increase tenant retention with consistent communication and service
- Budgeting & Reconciliations - prepare and manage annual CAM budgets for each property, then complete the year end reconciliation and communicate mid year applicable adjustments if needed to the tenants
- Asset Preservation - maintain strong knowledge of each properties physical condition and operational needed (builds into the budgeting above), to prevent deferred maintenance
- Market Insight - maintain an understanding of market conditions and rental trends / demand to use in lease negations when they come due.
- Communication Dashboard to Ownership - build out of Monday to be more aligned with Multi-Family. Want the ownership mentality to track KPI's and provide the feedback and key insights for ownership to rely on. Think like an owner
- General Operational Oversight - coordinate vendors, first line of contact for tenants, maintain records
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property or residential management (condo or multifamily) or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and pursue relevant training.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with property management software and digital tools

- You’re organized, solution-focused, and not afraid of a high volume of moving parts
- Tech-savvy with a strong command of platforms like Rent Manager and Monday.com (or a quick learner!)
- Professional and approachable in both tone and written communications
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
