Administrative Assistant

We require a part-time Administrative Assistant to work 3 days a week.

Job duties include:

  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Handling invoicing and payments
  • Handling expenses
  • Handling project/quoting documentation
  • GST/HST remittance
  • Payroll
  • Journal entries
  • Receptionist duties
  • Inputting information electronically

Skills required:

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Work experience in this type of role
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Accounting knowledge

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 /hour
