Coquitlam Centre Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Dental Receptionist to join our busy, modern, multi-provider dental practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organized dental receptionist who enjoys patient care, scheduling, insurance administration, and supporting a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience while helping support the daily operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Process insurance claims and predeterminations
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Manage incoming phone calls and patient inquiries
- Coordinate recalls and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily front office operations
- Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and support staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Tracker software experience considered an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Schedule
Our clinic operates seven days per week. The successful candidate should be available for a combination of weekday, evening, and occasional weekend shifts as part of a team-based schedule.
