Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Manage time effectively to ensure coverage during peak hours and meet sales goals
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional language) are a plus, especially for multilingual customer engagement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product features
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures preferred
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively showcase technology products or merchandise
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts
