Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tent Installer to join our team in delivering high-quality tent setup and installation services for various events and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related tasks, with proficiency in using hand tools and reading schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should be detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and secure tents of various sizes and types at designated locations.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate setup.
- Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, and wrenches to assemble tent frameworks and accessories.
- Perform related tasks including caulking, plumbing connections, and minor carpentry as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and client specifications.
- Assist with site preparation, including ground leveling and layout marking.
- Conduct routine inspections of installed tents for stability and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience with construction, carpentry, or related trades preferred.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and construction equipment.
- Knowledge of caulking, restoration techniques, construction painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, and tile laying is a plus.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical instructions accurately.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
