Join AtkinsRéalis' Operations & Maintenance team and play a key role in delivering technical projects within a hospital environment. Reporting to the FM Site Manager, you will contribute to the planning, coordination and execution of projects focused on the modernization, replacement and optimization of critical building systems while ensuring continuity of operations, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
Coordinate technical projects related to building systems and infrastructure within an active healthcare environment.
Coordinate projects involving the replacement, modernization and optimization of critical building systems, including mechanical, electrical and facility infrastructure assets.
Validate project deliverables, including reports, technical specifications, plans, schedules, estimates and completion documentation.
Analyze requirements and ensure the successful implementation, acceptance and follow-up of project work.
Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules and invoicing activities while ensuring compliance with project objectives.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, subcontractors and external professionals throughout project execution.
Participate in tender preparation, bid evaluations, negotiations and contractor selection processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous project performance and quality improvement.

Expected compensation for this role is $68,800 - $94,600 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
