Arrow Workforce Solution is seeking a Stand up Reach and counter balance forklift operator to join our team in Edmonton. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to our commitment to excellence in logistics and distribution. The successful candidate will be based in our facility and play a key part in maintaining our high standards of service.
Pay Rate:$22
Days and Time: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Manage the movement, loading, and unloading of goods with precision.
- Ensure accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating stand-up reach and counterbalance forklifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
