Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines to safely and efficiently produce high-quality precision metal parts.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a machine shop environment, can read blueprints, and possesses strong troubleshooting skills to maintain production quality.
Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines to perform precision machining operations.
Load raw materials and parts into the machines using fixtures, vices, or clamps.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
Monitor machine operations and listen for irregularities to detect worn or damaged cutting tools.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure parts meet quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the workstation clean and organized.
Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Proficient with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
Basic understanding of G-code/M-code and machine offsets is a strong asset.
Ability to work comfortably during the scheduled shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
Competitive hourly wage ($25.00 - $30.00/hr)
