Boundary Electric is looking for a Shipper | Receiver to join our team!!
The Shipper | Receiver will be responsible for ensuring that the internal store is well-stocked and organized, and that orders are processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This role will also handle incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Shipping
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and carts using proper equipment and safety procedures.
- Process and fulfill orders from internal and external customers (Industrial Sales), and provide tracking information and delivery confirmation to our Logistics Coordinator.
Receiving
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise and supplies, and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Sort, label, and store merchandise and supplies in designated areas of the internal store, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Restocking Internal Store
- Restock shelves, bins, and displays with merchandise and supplies, and ensure that they are clean, organized, and appealing.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding shipping, receiving, and restocking, and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using computer systems, software, and scanners for inventory and order management.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds, and to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work full time.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
