Compensation We offer competitive wages based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently. Journeyperson candidates with strong commercial experience and leadership capability can expect top-tier pay, while 4th year apprentices will be compensated in line with experience and progression.

Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
Sheet Metal Work
- Install, assemble, and modify commercial HVAC duct systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings accurately
- Work independently and support or mentor apprentices as needed
- Maintain jobsite safety, material control, and proper documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors, foremen, and other trades
- Deliver high-quality, code-compliant installations
General Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with the team to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality
- Communicate clearly both verbally and electronically
Requirements
- Valid Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker certification (or enrolled as a 4th Year Apprentice)
- Proven commercial HVAC installation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided based on experience)

Base Pay: $32.00-$52.00 per hour
