The EY Canada Senior Manager, Executive Coach/Consultant will be a part of EY Canada’s Coaching practice and will work seamlessly with our HR consulting practice to help our clients build better leaders, faster. Working directly with the EY Canada Coaching leader, the incumbent will actively grow the practice, including both coaching and consulting to our clients on change, performance development and highest performing teams. Specifically, they will design/customize coaching programs to meet the unique needs of EY clients in the context of business transformation. They will also lead business development activities to build a pipeline of coaching, culture and team development opportunities. The role requires an ICF accredited leadership coach with experience in both consulting and coaching program design and demonstrated leadership experience. Fluency in both French and English is desired.
Your key responsibilities
Relationship development: Build collaborative relationships with leaders and key stakeholders with clients and within EY. Connect with consulting leaders in other areas of the Workforce Advisory practice to present clients with seamless solutions.
Coaching program design: Lead team and individual coaching program design and delivery to help clients build better leaders, faster. Consult to clients on how to optimize their coaching investment by connecting it to broader organizational change. Contribute as required to measure the impact of coaching and make improvements to coaching processes and programs.
Leadership coaching: Serve as a trusted executive coach to C-level executives, providing 1:1 coaching as well as team coaching. Coaching domains may include: transformative leadership coaching, team coaching, leading through change, and coaching culture activation.
People management: Manage diverse project teams to deliver coaching programs to EY clients and will be responsible for contributing to the development of team members.
Business development: In collaboration with the broader Workforce Advisory team, identify opportunities and lead the development and sustainment of the coaching practice pipeline.
Thought leadership: Provide thought leadership in the development of coaching approaches and initiatives to accelerate the brand of coaching at EY and be at the forefront of building transformative leaders. Maintain an external presence and promote EY as a leader in coaching culture.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
Must have International Coach Federation (ICF) credential: PCC or MCC
A minimum of 10-12 years of related work experience in a professional services or corporate environment as a leader; strong business development and business acumen is needed for success
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as an executive coach for a diverse roster of clients
Advanced degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of technology applications for coaching at scale is preferred
Coaching culture development experience is preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
