As a Concrete Forming Foreman at Torino, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the concrete forming process for various construction projects. Lead a team of concrete construction workers, including laborers, carpenters, and other skilled trades, to execute concrete forming projects according to design specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
Plan and Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. Develop work plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate and supervise the setup and installation of concrete forms, shoring, and reinforcing materials. Ensure accurate alignment and placement of forms to achieve desired concrete shapes and dimensions.
Monitor all aspects of the concrete forming process to maintain high-quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to formwork, reinforcing, and concrete placement.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Conduct regular safety meetings, hazard assessments, and ensure that all team members follow appropriate safety procedures.
Equipment and Material Management:
