WellCare Physiotherapy & Rehab is a woman-owned, locally owned physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of Surrey's Little India Plaza. We are dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-informed care in a modern, welcoming environment where patients feel supported throughout their recovery.
As a growing clinic with an expanding patient base, we are looking for a Registered Kinesiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with physiotherapists, values exceptional patient care, and wants to grow alongside an ambitious and supportive clinic.
What You'll Do
- Perform functional and movement assessments.
- Design and supervise individualized exercise rehabilitation programs.
- Provide one-on-one exercise therapy and active rehabilitation.
- Progress treatment plans in collaboration with our physiotherapist.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, exercise, and long-term self-management.
- Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience from assessment through discharge.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Kinesiologist.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of exercise prescription and rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with ICBC, or private rehabilitation is an asset but not required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
