Customer Service Representative Career Opportunity!
Dufresne Furniture and Appliances is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who will assist in the administrative component of our guests in store and after sales experience for our stores in Ottawa located at 1901 Cyrville Rd, Ottawa, ON.
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer needs consistent with company standards, culture and business practices.
- Answering phone calls and managing guest experience
- Ensures efficiency and accuracy in relation to:
- guest orders
- guest inquiries ( in person/on phone)
- cash and financial management
- Always keeps the customers’ best interest in mind.
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
- High school diploma
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products.
- Able to work retail hours (days/evenings and weekends is required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle difficult situations diplomatically and professionally

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 44.0 per week
