Veterinary Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Knowledge of basic animal care and medical terminology
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
