Join Our Team! Boutique Law Firm Hiring a Legal Administrator
Do you enjoy learning, solving problems, and becoming the person others rely on to keep matters moving? Do you take pride in producing accurate, typo-free documents, and catching the details others might miss?
We are looking for someone with personality, professionalism, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to join our small but mighty team.
This is not a traditional administrative role focused on answering phones, photocopying, and completing repetitive tasks. It’s a career opportunity for someone who wants to develop specialized knowledge, take on meaningful responsibility, and become an integral part of our team and the client experience. You’ll need judgment, attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
About Us
We’re a boutique law firm practicing business law, estate planning, and intellectual property. We work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals buying their first home to entrepreneurs and established businesses navigating complex transactions. Our clients value practical advice and a legal team they can trust to manage the details, anticipate what is needed, and get the work done.
We are a professional but down-to-earth team. We work hard, laugh often, and genuinely enjoy the work we do and the people who make it possible.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with clients and alongside our team to manage legal matters from the initial client contact through to completion. You’ll communicate with clients, gather and organize information, prepare legal documents, and coordinate with lawyers and other professionals, all while ensuring nothing gets missed. To begin, you’ll primarily work in the areas of Estate Planning and Residential Real Estate.
The right person is organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and curious. You take direction well, love asking questions, and you’re not afraid of speaking up and sharing ideas. You enjoy staying busy, juggling competing deadlines, and keeping things on track. When things get hectic, you get focused. You see what needs to be done, take responsibility for the outcome, and follow through until the job is finished.
Career Progression
You’ll have room to grow, learn new practice areas, develop deeper expertise, and take on greater responsibility. We invest in people who are curious, ambitious, and want to build a career with us. This could be the last job you ever apply for.
