Bilingual Technical Sales Representative – Quebec Territory
Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients
We are a growing Canadian distributor of specialty ingredients serving the personal care and
cosmetic manufacturing industry. We represent innovative global ingredient manufacturers and
provide technical and commercial support to cosmetic brand companies, contract manufacturers,
and formulation laboratories across Canada.
We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Technical Sales Representative
to support and expand our business within the Quebec market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
o Contract manufacturers
o Cosmetic and personal care brand companies
o Formulators and R&D teams
o Purchasing managers
o Industry consultants
- Conduct in-person customer meetings throughout Quebec
- Introduce and promote specialty raw materials and ingredient technologies
- Support customers with technical product recommendations and application guidance
- Coordinate product presentations, sample requests, and follow-up activities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal team members
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback
- Participate in trade shows, supplier trainings, and industry events as required
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, customer service, laboratory, or related industry experience preferred
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable with regular travel within Quebec
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for customer visits
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of cosmetic or personal care formulation
- Experience working with B2B customers
- Familiarity with the personal care or specialty chemical industry
