Successful candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, hold a valid driver’s license, physically capable of lifting 30+ lbs, ability to work independently or as a part of a team, have a safety conscious mindset and be willing to work longer hours when required. No previous experience is necessary—we’re happy to train the right people. Starting wages range from $19–$25 per hour, depending on position and skill set. Positions available:
-Lawn Care Technician- (Crew Lead and Trimmers) Crew leads to be responsible for performing and overseeing projects with a small team, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, maintain quality and safety standards and communicate with management and clients if needed. Trimmers will operate string trimmers, trim around walkways, fences and structures and maintain equipment.
-Gardening- Plant flowers, prune shrubs, maintain garden beds and use herbicides in garden beds.
-Rough cutting- clearing overgrown grass, weeds, brush, and light vegetation in commercial and industrial properties.
-Watering - Water lawns, gardens and trees according to schedule.
-Aeration- performing core aeration services on commercial properties to improve soil health and turf growth.
-Pesticide/Herbicide Applicators (Pesticide applicator license considered as an asset)- Safe, accurate, and compliant application of pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, and other approved treatments to residential and commercial properties
-Litter picking- Maintaining clean, safe, and presentable outdoor spaces by removing litter, debris, and unwanted materials from commercial and industrial properties.
-Landscape construction- Install sod, plants, shrubs, trees, and mulch. Operating landscaping equipment safely. Bobcat experience is preferred.
-Arborist Assistant- Supports certified arborists and tree care crews in the maintenance, pruning, removal, and overall care of trees.
