Position: Application support analyst (Canada Summer Jobs)

The SharePoint Developer will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and solutions to improve collaboration and document management within the organization. This role is ideal for students interested in web development, cloud platforms, and enterprise solutions.

Develop and customize SharePoint sites, pages, and workflows.

Assist in migrating content and organizing document libraries.

Implement user permissions and security settings.

Create and maintain lists, forms, and dashboards using SharePoint tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.

Document processes and provide basic training to staff on SharePoint usage.

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Basic knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power Automate is an asset.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively.

Must be 15–30 years old at the start of employment.

Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection.

Must have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
