Are you as comfortable behind an espresso machine as you are explaining a complex board game? We are looking for a high-energy, Full-Time Barista & Retail Specialist to join our team. In this shop, crafting the perfect beverage is only half the battle. We need a dedicated professional who can drive retail sales while at the till, handle "grab and game" prep, and maintain a meticulous, organized environment.
The Craft: Hand-crafting professional-grade beverages and managing our retail floor.
The Prep: Handling basic food prep for our deli case—keeping savory items, sweets, and "grab and game" snacks stocked, fresh, and ready for players.
The Standard: Maintaining a meticulous and organized shop. We take pride in a clean, professional space; you'll be responsible for keeping the cafe and gaming areas spotless with a "clean-as-you-go" mindset.
The Sale: Using your knowledge of tabletop games (MTG, Warhammer, RPGs, or Board Games) to help customers find their next favorite hobby. Preference will be given to a person with this skillset.
The Stats We’re Looking For: Availability for a consistent, full-time schedule is required.
Experienced Barista: Professional espresso experience is essential. Organized & Meticulous: You have an eye for detail and a commitment to keeping the workspace and retail floor pristine.
Food Prep Ready: Comfortable with basic food handling. FoodSafe and retail experience are major assets.
Gaming Knowledge: A genuine passion for the tabletop hobby is essential. You need to be able to talk shop!
