Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Guest Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory for motivated applicants. The Guest Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting overall operations.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Support the front desk team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest services and hospitality
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience working at a front desk or in hospitality settings preferred

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
