The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for all duties in a manner which promotes a high standard of customer service and professionalism at Gilic Investment. The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical and detail-oriented skills and can strongly work independently as well as part of a team. This role involves working closely with our tenants and commercial leasing borkers to ensure seamless communication and a positive leasing experience.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and leasing brokers;
- Schedule showings & return phone calls in a timely manner;
- Responds to tenant inquiries, concerns, emergencies and complaints;
- Prepare summaries for new leases, extensions, renewals, and offers in a timely and efficient manner;
- Prepare initial drafts of leases, amending agreements, renewal or extension agreements and other related lease documentation;
- Run credit checks, title searches and corporate searches;
- Update and track commercial and residential lease information;
- Process annual rent schedule, monthly rent roll, vacancy and lease expiration reports;
- Prepare outstanding, demand, or/and default letters as needed;
- Work closely with internal parties;
- Assist with preparation of leasing assumptions and rent forecast;
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills (not limited to):
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid experience in commercial real estate leasing administration or marketing is an advantage;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce highly professional documents and correspondence;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in MS Excel;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
