Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Exterior and Roofing Installers to join our construction team. This role involves installing and repairing roofing systems and exterior finishes. Must have a valid drivers license or a RELIABLE ride to work.
Can work with someone who needs a flexible schedule. This on payroll!
Need a someone with decent experience and able to work independently (with a crew on site but can’t hold your hand).
Also could take a competent labour that can use a tape measure and make cuts.
RELIABILITY is the most important here, we can work with your experience level.
Responsibilities
- Install roofing materials such as shingles, sheets, steel shingles. We DO NOT do torch on or any flat roofing
- Attach exterior siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure efficient workflow
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of structures
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools, safe working practices, and working successfully with a team
- Knowledge of roofing systems, exterior siding installation, and related building techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Familiarity with caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain safety standards throughout the job site
- Prior experience with construction safety protocols is a plus
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
