About SmileCraft Dental
SmileCraft Dental is a brand-new, modern dental clinic opening in the Willoughby–Langley area. Our clinic focuses on providing thoughtful, high-quality care in a welcoming and comfortable environment for families.
We are looking for a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our team on Saturdays to support the dentist and help deliver excellent patient care.
This role is ideal for an assistant who is confident in clinical assisting, comfortable with digital workflows, and enjoys creating a calm and positive experience for patients. Experience with Tracker and Itero Lumina scanner is an asset.
There may also be opportunities to expand into additional weekdays as the practice grows.
Compensation
$30+ per hour, negotiable based on experience
Your Role
As our Saturday CDA, you will:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take dental radiographs as required
- Enter treatment plans on Tracker PMS
- Perform Itero Lumina scans
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) designation
- Current registration with BCCOHP
- Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience
- Need to be able to work independently
- Experience with Itero intraoral scanning
- Friendly, gentle, and warm with patients
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized and dependable
