Job Description:

Kenworth Truck Centres is one of Ontario’s leading Truck Dealerships, with eight service locations across Ontario. We are currently offering a unique opportunity for the right candidates to become part of our business at our busy Cambridge location as a Service Advisor. We have openings for our Afternoon shift 2:30 am to 12:00 Midnight

Please note that due to the nature of the position there might be the occasional weekend work required to meet customer demand.

Duties/Responsibilities

In this challenging role you will be required to:

  • Be the first point of contact for all of our service customers
  • Utilize your strong customer service skills to gather information from our customers and relay that information to the required individuals in our service team
  • Be responsible for providing our customers with updates as well as explaining what repairs will be required to their vehicles in a conscientious and professional manner

Requirements/Attributes

  • Secondary School completed (Required)
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Great Ability to Communicate Professionally with Customers Face to Face, Over the Phone and via e-mail
  • Must-Have Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Must be Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Walk-In Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Truck Dealership: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Service Advisor: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Truck OEM Warranty Experience Would be an Advantage
