Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi Skilled Carpenter to join our team and bring craftsmanship excellence to a variety of construction projects. This role involves performing a wide range of carpentry tasks, from framing and finishing to restoration and installation, utilizing your broad skill set to ensure high-quality outcomes. Duties
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using various materials such as wood, concrete forms, siding, roofing, and masonry components.
- Operate hand tools, and power tools
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, siding, rebar for concrete reinforcement, and perform roofing tasks with precision.
- Execute construction painting, caulking, plumbing connections, electrical wiring, and other finishing trades to deliver polished results.
- Perform rebar installation for concrete projects and assist with concrete forming activities.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards are met; assist with heavy lifting and material handling as needed.
- Read technical schematics and schematics related to electrical or plumbing systems for accurate installation or repairs.
- Contribute to construction estimating by providing accurate assessments of materials and labor requirements.
- Carry out handyman tasks including assembly of fixtures or furniture as required for project completion.
- Support restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures with attention to detail.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry and woodworking across diverse projects.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to construction trades.
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing systems, siding installation, flooring setup, tile laying, and cabinetry installation.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, heavy lifting equipment, and other construction-related tools.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes for materials and labor costs.
- Experience in restoration work or renovation projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
- Basic electrical and plumbing experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn new skills is valued highly.
