Responsibilities
● Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
● Provide exceptional, friendly, and attentive guest service.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
● Recommend cocktails, wine, and menu pairings with confidence.
● Follow all recipes, portion standards, and liquor regulations.
● Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and inventory counts.
● Ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
● Previous bartending experience is required. (fine dining experience).
● Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
● Valid Smart Choices (or Smart Serve equivalent) certification.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
● Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
● Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
