Hiring: Evening/Night Dock LTL consolidation Planner-Dock Captain (Warehouse)
We are currently looking for an experienced Dock / LTL Load Planner to join our warehouse team for the evening/night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) loads for outbound shipments
- Must have knowledge of cube consolidation
- Properly stack and arrange skids/pallets to maximize trailer space
- Ensure weight distribution and load security for safe transport
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to keep freight moving efficiently
- Maintain load planning records and shipment data using Excel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in LTL warehouse loading or load planning
- Strong knowledge of stacking skids/pallets and securing freight
- Understanding of weight distribution and trailer loading practices
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work 5 days per week (evening/night shift)
- Able to perform in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
