OFFERING:2 OR 3 twelve hour shifts per week Start 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. breaks throughout the day eg . client requires rest in afternoon 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

- A Canmore, Alberta, Canada resident or within driving distance of this position. * eg. Banff, Cochrane, Calgary considered within driving distance.
- Comfortable overnight Accommodation with private kitchenette available during shifts. *
- Position requires and must have: Canadian Social Insurance Number (#SIN), Health Care worker Visa, or Permanent Residency.
- Client vehicle provided therefore valid drivers license and driver history.
- Able to provide background checks and reference
- Sweet, sensitive 40 year challenged female with autistic tendencies and health issues.
- She functions at aprox. 5 year level in areas therefore needs help and guidance.
- Female Support Worker must have experience or training working with mentally challenged and be flexible, mature, patient and caring.
- Willing to learn and adhere to English verbal and written direction and communicate clearly.
- Contract position but not with stipulated time. Non smoker of anything.
- Responsibilities include: medication administration, bathing, light meal and snack prep., routines, some home maintenance. Supportive roommate.
- Activities: Outings such as watching hockey and skiing, walks, going for picnics, swimming, bowling. Gatherings with organization. Guidance with home tasks and volunteer positions. Evening TV, reading to her and colouring with her.
