The permanent position we are hiring for entails:
· Residential Estimating
– Support the residential estimating team by conducting in-home estimates for insulation upgrades and renovations.
- Customer service to our current, repeat and future clients.
-Inspect, report and provide solutions for repairs.
Ideal Candidate:
· Has completed post-secondary education related to the construction industry (CET, CM, Red Seal Program, etc)
· Knowledge and experience with building science and common building practices.
· Great with time management, accountability, self motivitated, customer service, leadership, growth.
· Has experience with Safety & Health.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment.
· Work efficiently and effectively in time-sensitive or pressurized situations, while maintaining high-level attention to detail.
· Great oral and written communication skills, while proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
· Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle. This is necessary not only for transportation to our main office/shop (city transport does not reach) but also for any work-use when a company vehicle is not available (for which you will be compensated).
This is a full-time salary position with an immediate start date. Benefits are offered along with two weeks of annual paid vacation time. In-house and outside training will be provided upon starting and as required moving forward.
