- Experience in networking for 1-3 years, including internships, cooperative programs, or entry-level network support roles.
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent education in Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networking fundamentals.
- Basic experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to perform hands-on hardware installation and support.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA certification or actively pursuing CCNA.
- Exposure to SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience with enterprise wireless networks.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure and network monitoring tools.
- Home lab, internship, or project experience demonstrating networking knowledge. CCNA/CCNP or equivalent are highly preferred.
