Bilingual French Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a starting pay rate of $15.50 per hour and competitive paid health benefits, paid top-notch training, discounted monthly bus passes/free employee parking, Promote-from-within advancement opportunities and Employee recognition programs.
On this program, you'll take inbound calls and manage cases to assist customers with a variety of questions - everything from billing issues, updating passwords, requesting refunds, verifying charges, setting up gamer profiles, and internet connectivity with the gaming console. Your technical experience will also be helpful on calls related to hardware and warantee support.

You possess oral and written fluency in French and English
You have a passion for the customer and the customer’s experience
You are an experienced gamer or have a background in gaming technical support

You are technically savvy and understand Routers/Streaming Video/Web Applications
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday - NO weekends and NO midnights required!

Seal the deal if you have:
Fluently bilingual in French and English
A High School Diploma/GED
A minimum of one year of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills to analyze, interpret, and address customer needs
Minimum keyboard skills of 30 WPM (verified with typing test during application process)
Basic experience using Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with social networking (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Familiarity with the gaming environment and modern gaming consoles
A demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, with a strong aptitude to adjust to change
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including offline or special project work
Flexibility to work additional hours, if needed
