We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with a passion for translating data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and business growth. This role requires a blend of data expertise, growth mindset, data visualization, innovation, and communication skills to drive efficiencies and support the marketing department's goals and objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Email Marketing, social media platforms) to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain regular reports to track key marketing metrics and performance indicators
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
Campaign Analysis
- Conduct post-marketing campaign analysis by collecting data from end-to-end marketing funnels and across various marketing channels (email, website, paid-media campaigns, advisor portal document downloads, and sales data)
- Draft meaningful insights and recommendations for future opportunities based on campaign analysis
Market Research
- Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and market trends
- Analyze the competitive landscape and provide insights to help the marketing team position products and services effectively
- Utilize surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather customer feedback
Data Visualization
- Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to build interactive dashboards and reports
- Ensure visualizations are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience's needs
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and finance, to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing clear and concise recommendations
- Support the marketing team in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Science Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical, data visualization and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and VBA is an asset
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, metrics, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data management and governance practices, including data cleansing, segmentation, and reporting
- Mandarin language skills are an asset but not required
