UMAMI is a new Asian fusion restaurant bringing bold flavours, exceptional service, and a unique dining experience to Brant County. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Servers who are passionate about hospitality and excited to help create memorable guest experiences from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Develop a strong understanding of our menu and make recommendations to guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Handle guest concerns and special requests with a positive attitude
- Process payments and accurately handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Compensation
$17.60-19/hr plus tips
Schedule
- Full-time
- 30–40 hours per week
- Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
