Due to Ontario Long-Term Care regulations, candidates must have the following documents before starting shifts.
Candidates who already have complete compliance documentation will be prioritized for upcoming shifts.

- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) - issued within the last 6 months
- 2-Step TB Test - issued within the last 6 months
- COVID-19 Vaccination Proof
- Influenza Vaccination Proof (current season)
- PSW certification
- PSW transcript
- HSCPOA - if available
- CPR and 1st Aid
- N95 Mask Fit Test
- WHMIS Certificate
- Worker Health & Safety Awareness (WHSA) Certificate

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and feeding
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
- Follow infection prevention and control (IPAC) practices
- Assist with resident comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
