Job Title: Construction Supervisor – Concrete

We are a well-established concrete company specializing in commercial and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily concrete operations and on-site crews.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on job sites
- Plan and oversee daily concrete operations
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints and project documents
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of hands-on concrete construction experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
