The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing experience for clients, and contribute to the overall success of our salon. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a professional environment while building lasting client relationships. A strong focus on sanitation, customer service, and retail sales is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with attention to detail and hygiene standards .
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales .
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Educate clients on nail care maintenance and aftercare procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through friendly communication and professional service.
- Should be able and open to manage reception, bookings and billings for the clients.
- Clean work station and other areas of salon in rotation with other staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Nail technician license required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in nail care, with a portfolio of work preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in a salon environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not mandatory .
- Demonstrated upselling skills and retail sales experience are desirable .
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- An active instagram page demonstrating the work is a big advantage.
- Should be able to perform above listed service/services as a part of the selection process.
