About the Role
GoPro Plumbing is looking for an organized, practical and tech-capable person to help manage the daily flow of our growing plumbing business.
This is more than a traditional administrative position. You will help coordinate customers, technicians, schedules, jobs, invoices and follow-ups, making sure important details do not fall through the cracks.
The position will primarily be work-from-home. Regular mornings with the field team will be required to coordinate the day, gather information and stay connected to what is happening in the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to customer calls, texts and emails
- Gather job details and create accurate customer records
- Schedule and dispatch technicians using Jobber
- Adjust the schedule when jobs run long, priorities change or emergencies arise
- Communicate appointment updates to customers and technicians
- Keep Jobber records, job notes and statuses accurate
- Confirm completed jobs are ready for invoicing
- Prepare and send invoices
- Assist with payment tracking, reconciliation and overdue invoice follow-up
- Track open quotes, callbacks and customer issues
- Help Matt and the team stay organized and focused on daily priorities
- Improve administrative processes as GoPro grows

- Calm when schedules change or problems arise
- Comfortable learning and owning technology
- Able to follow up and solve problems without constant direction
- Practical, dependable and comfortable holding people accountable
- Comfortable working in a trades environment with direct communication, deadlines and occasional colourful language
Pay: $55,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
