Work collaboratively with the H&S Manager and H&S Specialist to review, administer, and support H&S programs and initiatives
Assist in the delivery of programs including:
Safety Training
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) programs
eLearning and digital training initiatives
Promoting Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace
Support ongoing continuous improvement of safety systems and processes
Program and manage TV displays for monthly safety messaging and communications
Assist in the development and rollout of the PPE vending machine program for team members
Streamline safety program tracking using QR codes, OnTRAK reporting, Learning Center platforms, and SharePoint
Convert safety training materials into interactive eLearning courses, including quizzes, tracking of results, and certifications
Conduct workplace inspections and hazard assessments
Assist with incident investigations and reporting
Support updates to safety documentation (SOPs and SWIs)
Develop and distribute safety communications and materials
Participate in delivering safety training sessions
