IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Mid-Toronto Auto Sales as a Sub-Prime Finance Manager . We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.
Here's what you'll deliver:
Establish contact with potential customers and the ability to sell to the customers via phone, email, text, and other means
Analyze, prepare, and process the automobile finance approvals
Understand and document the customer’s needs with detailed notes by using CRM system
Consistent and prompt follow-up to customers’ inquiries
Evaluate and assess the customer’s credit history, income potential and ability to pay
Schedule appointments with customers to consider different vehicle financing options as well as warranty and aftermarket products
Communicate with customers and lenders to secure loan approval to create a successful deal based on the customer’s needs.
Collect all the required supporting documents ahead of time to complete the funding process in timely manner
Always ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Be in compliance with OMVIC regulations
What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum 1 years+ subprime sales experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive sales qualification, pre-approval as well as the funding process
Knowledge of the products and processes offered by different subprime lenders,
Working knowledge of DealerTrack and automotive CRM system
OMVIC Licence is required
Positive attitude, honesty and strong work ethics are the must
