The Rental Greeter assists the guest in all aspects of renting ski or snowboard equipment. This includes choosing the correct equipment for the guest based on their ability level, and ensuring they receive all information needed to enjoy a day on the slopes.


Hourly rate of $15.05 Adults

Greet guests as the enter each rental location and provide them with appropriate rental product and lift information.
Educate guests on the rental process and answer questions they may have
Perform any other duties as assigned by the rental supervisor.


Must have the ability to communicate confidently with both guests and coworkers.
Must be customer service oriented, friendly, and outgoing.
Must move with a sense of urgency comparable to business levels
Must remain focused & be thorough with assigned tasks.
Punctuality & an excellent record of attendance
The ability to multi task & prioritize tasks.
The ability to maintain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays consisting of Christmas, Family Day Weekend and March Break.
Computer and cash handling skills a requirement for the cashier position
