About Us
Dear-Born Baby & Kids is a well-established specialty retailer serving families in the Greater Toronto Area for over 45 years. Our warehouse supports both our retail showroom and growing online business. We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork. This is a hands-on, physical position in a retail warehouse environment with opportunities to learn additional skills over time.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Verify deliveries and organize incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Stock and organize products on warehouse shelving
- Use ladders to retrieve and store inventory at higher levels
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with basic customer or supplier communication when required
Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Must be punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Experience with warehouse inventory systems and asset.
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) and perform physical work
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
- Awareness of workplace Health & Safety practices is an asset
- Must have steel-toe safety shoes

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed.
- One late day per week (open until 7 PM)
- Other days open until 6 PM
